Group Workspaces

A number of Ghent University libraries have some group workspaces available. You can use these for group assignments, discussing a paper together, small-scale meetings, online meetings, etc. Group work rooms can be reserved online, free of charge. Reservations can be made up to 31 days in advance.

How to book?

• Go to the reservation page of the library where you want to reserve a room.
• Select a room, start time and duration of the reservation.
• Add your email address, name and any additional information requested to the form.
• Go to your mailbox and confirm your reservation.
• Report at the start of the reservation time (within half an hour) to confirm your presence.
