IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT CONCERING CORONA: update may 15, 2020
As of monday july 6, 2020 the faculty library will reopen with a limited service. Some agreements :
Only the library Korte Meer will reopen, but + only between 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm. + However, the default option through the catalog is to request chapter scans. If you need a complete book, it is possible to borrow it. You can make that request via email@example.com. + It is NOT possible to search the collection yourself. + It is ONLY possible to collect and return requested books. + SIX study places are provided for students who need it. These places can be used ONLY AFTER RESERVATION (link on website bib). Only who made a reservation will be allowed. Reservation is possible untill the day itself.
The library Universiteitstraat will remain closed. All works can be requested via the catalog in the form of a scan. If you need a complete book, you can request itvia firstname.lastname@example.org. . Picking up will be arranged in the library Korte Meer. + Both libraries are NOT accessible for browsing or searching the collection. A limited number of (6) study places will be provided ONLY AFTER reservation through the Event Manager link that can be found on the library website (reservation possible on the same day). Only those who reserved a place will be allowed to study in the library.
- The general safety agreements remain valid for ALL users:
- In the building only the library is accessible for students and external parties. All other areas are off limits for non-staff members.
- The wearing of a Face mask is mandatory in the hallways.
- Hand gel is available at the entrance of the campus and the library.
According to the current state of the situation, this arrangement will also continue to for at least the first semester. If opening hours and conditions change, this will be communicated via the mailing list and via our website.
Library employees remain available during the summer months.
