Lieut: General Cromwels letter to the honorable William Lenthal Esq; speaker of the honorable House of Commons, containing a narrative of his proceedings in the managing the affairs of the Parliament of the kingdom of England in Scotland; and of the delivery of the towns of Berwick & Carlisle into his hands for their use.
