How can I find information on a certain subject ?
It's best to start consulting an A&I database, Abstracting and Indexing. This type of database indexes the most important journals in one or several subject areas. In this database you will find the most recent articles that were published on the subject you want to write about. Some of the most used A&I databases are Medline, Pubmed, Web of Science, Biological Abstracts, MLA, ... And let's not the LibHub database (formerly known as ELIN) that holds all articles available in electronic form to UGent students and staff !
